Notice of Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

Prime Asset Management and Hines Interests Limited Partnership (collectively, the "Management") is highly sensitive to the confidentiality of your personal information and has created this privacy and disclaimer notice in order to demonstrate the Management's commitment to on-line privacy. This notice applies to all information you provide to the Management or the Management obtains from you through this the Management's Web site (the "Site").

Information collection.
The Management collects information about visitors to the Site. For example, when you visit the Site, the Management may collect your domain name and IP address, your browser version, the URL you arrived at the Site from, and the URL to which you go upon leaving the Site, as well as the pages you visit while viewing the Site. IP addresses are numbers that are automatically assigned to your computer, and, if associated with other individually identifiable information, could be considered personal information. The Management uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with its server, and to administer and improve the Site. Your IP address also may be used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which the Management aggregates and might share with affiliated and unaffiliated companies. The Management also uses your IP address to keep track of the information you have seen on the Site.

The Management may use "cookies" as part of its interaction with your browser. Cookies consist of files of information that a Web site transfers to a site visitor's hard drive to track site and user activity. Information sharing and use.
If you choose to submit additional personal information to the Site (for example, your street or e-mail address or your telephone number), the Management may collect that information as well. The Management also may use information it collects to monitor the Site's performance, use of features and traffic patterns, and browser versions.

The Management may use the information you provide to provide additional information to you about the Management and its projects and services, as well as the projects and services of others. Moreover, the Management may share your information among the Management's affiliates and with unaffiliated companies the Management believes may provide services of interest to you. Some of these companies may reside in countries other than your own. As a result, your personal information may be transferred out of the country in which you reside. In addition, the Management may from time to time transfer information to third parties who analyze such information on behalf of the Management. Such third parties are or will be required to hold all such information in confidence, and not to share such information with any parties other than the Management.

The Management trains its employees about the importance of privacy. It is the Management's policy to give access to your information only to those employees who require it to carry out the responsibilities of their jobs.

You may request that the Management limit its use of your information; you also may update your information. If you do not wish to receive communications from the Management regarding third party services, if any, you may opt out of receiving such communications by calling or writing to the Management; or in the event that you receive an e-mail from the Management regarding such matters, you may simply reply to the e-mail in question and request that you receive no further correspondence from the Management regarding such matters. You also may follow this procedure to change or update information you previously have provided to the Management.

Security measures.
The Management makes access to your personally-identifiable information subject to certain security measures, including technological controls such as "firewalls" and other security technologies, in accordance with industry standards. When use of the Site involves the transmission of confidential information, the Management uses 40-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to establish a secure connection between your personal computer and the Management's server. SSL allows the transmission of encrypted information from your personal computer to the Management's server and back again, and is the industry standard for Internet platform security. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while the Management strives to protect your personal information, the Management cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to the Management.

Linked sites
The Site may provide you with links to other Web sites. This policy does not apply to any information that you may provide to third parties, such as through other sites linked to the Site. The Management is not responsible for those sites and cannot control the content of what is offered on those sites or on links from those sites or the privacy policies or data security, if any, of those sites. The Site does not incorporate any materials appearing in such linked sites by reference, and the Management does not necessarily sponsor, endorse or otherwise approve of such linked materials.

You as a user of the Site acknowledge and agree that the Management has no liability for any errors or omissions in or on the Site, whether provided by the Management or third parties.
