SMOKING
The
City of Houston Ordinance number 86-1311, amending chapters 12,
21, and 28 of the Code of Ordinances, Houston, Texas and the Fire
Code of the City of Houston prohibits and makes unlawful the possession
of burning tobacco products or smoking tobacco in public places.
In JPMorgan Chase Tower, all public areas are considered "No Smoking"
areas. This includes all restrooms, elevators, corridors, the post
office and the lobby.
Smoking
is also not allowed within 25 feet of the building entry doors.
