For emergencies in and/or around the Downtown area, Hines Management will activate the “JPMorgan Chase Tower Emergency Information Line”.  Calling the number listed above will provide you with a recorded “status” of building operations in the event of an emergency.   We will update the information as needed to keep our tenants informed as the the status of operations at the building.

In an effort to minimize the time it takes for us to contact each tenant in the event of an emergency or an urgent building related issue, we have recently implemented a new Tenant Notification System.  This system is designed to quickly and automatically contact the designated tenant contact(s) simultaneously and provide pertinent information as needed in the event of an emergency scenario.
